English is weird!
Did you know that the oldest word in the English language is “I”? And that the word (SWIMS) can be read the same if it’s flipped upside-down!
Also, if you write all the numbers (e.g. one, two, three….), you would not use the letter “B” until the word “Billion”! Finally, I’m sure you knew that English is the third most spoken language in the world after Chinese and Spanish, respectively. That’s because more people in the world have learned English as a second language than there are native English speakers.
