Practical language courses at Adventure Urban Camp
This summer, Britanica Learning Centre launches Adventure Urban Camp, an attractive language learning program!
The language course is specially designed for primary school children, offering the perfect balance between educational activities, movement, fun and trips. All these will take place exclusively in English or German language, depending on the program chosen.
In the form of interactive language courses, the programme offers the following advantages to the small trainees:

We consider that a course that prepares children for success is always based on the perfect blending of fun and creative activities with repetition and memorization techniques.
Thus, we thought to bring joy to the little ones, by including the course recently launched by Britanica Learning Centre – ENGLISH/GERMAN through Stories.
Four of the Centre’s best teachers will accompany the kids in this adventure, every week!
COURSE STRUCTURE
Adventure Urban Camp running time:
ORGANIZATION
The study groups are based on age and level of knowledge of the foreign language.
Age: 6 – 12 years old
PROGRAM:
| 08:00 – 09:00 | Welcoming the kids |
| 09:00 – 10:00 | Presenting the activities outside the center and reviewing the foreign language vocabulary they will need in order to accomplish the tasks during the visit |
| 10:00 – 13:00 | Activities outside the Centre (parks, museums, climbing halls, circus, cinema or visits around Bucharest)* |
| 13:00 – 14:30 | Lunch and rest break (packed lunch or lunch offered at a fee, by a specialized catering company) |
| 14:30 – 15:30 | English or German language programme, creative workshops, conversation and feedback about the morning program |
| 15:30 – 16:30 | Relaxation, reading and holiday homework |
| 16:30 – 18:00 | ENGLISH / GERMAN through Stories – English/German language through stories – our new interactive and fun foreign language course, where we will use some of the classic stories |
*There will be 2 trips per week by bus or train, in which case the return to the center will be done later.
In order to fix the information, each trip will be followed by discussions on those observed and learned on the trip.
PRICES:
The activities will take place from Monday to Friday, the prices for one week varying depending on the preferred module:

| MEDIUM Module 08:00 – 16:30 | 520 lei |
| LONG Module 08:00 – 18:00 | 750 lei |
*The cost of the lunch is 15 lei/day (between 13-14: 30) – complete menu (soup, main course, dessert, light snacks, fruit and water).
**The prices do not include the entrance fees to the objectives (museums, circus, cinema, Animal Farm, Iulia Hasdeu Castle, trip to the Pottery Master in Costesti).
DISCOUNTS:
- 10% DISCOUNT for payment by June 1st
- 5% DISCOUNT for families that decide to enroll more children
